Android Digital Photo Frame
These terms apply to PhotoCloud Frame Slideshow (“PhotoCloud”, “the app”), published by Martin Vysný, Finland. Questions, bugs and anything else about the app go to the issue tracker.
You may install PhotoCloud and use it on your own devices, at home or at work, for example as a photo frame in your shop or office. The app and its source code remain mine.
PhotoCloud shows photos from the sources you set up: your device, your network shares and your cloud accounts, signed in with your own credentials. It only reads them; it never changes, uploads or deletes your photos. You are responsible for having the right to show the photos you display. Each service you connect, such as Dropbox, OneDrive or Flickr, keeps its own terms, and so does OpenWeatherMap when you turn on the weather overlay.
In-app purchases are bought and paid for through Google Play, under Google Play’s terms. PhotoCloud bought from another store, such as the Amazon Appstore, is sold under that store’s terms. Refunds are requested through the store you bought from; if the store can’t resolve your case, please open an issue in the issue tracker.
The offline license keys sold earlier keep working with the last version of the app that takes them; no new keys are issued.
PhotoCloud’s in-app purchases are digital content, available as soon as the purchase completes. When you buy one, you agree to that and acknowledge that you therefore lose the 14-day right of withdrawal. Your rights if the content is faulty or not as described are not affected.
The app is provided as it is. Photo sources and cloud services change, and one of them may stop working with PhotoCloud. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect damage or for lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, nor your mandatory rights as a consumer.
These terms may change. The current version is always on this page, with its date.
Finnish law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection that the law of your country of residence gives you.
